據中國貿易救濟信息網，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）6日發布公告稱，對特定集成電路及其組件和下游產品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1350）作出337部分終裁：基于和解部分終止調查，拒絕考慮復審并對最終初裁不采取立場，本案調查終止。2023年1月19日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定集成電路及其組件和下游產品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1350）。2022年12月12日，中國臺灣地區Realtek Semiconductor Corporation of Taiwan向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其知識產權（美國注冊專利號7,936,245、8,006,218、9,590,582），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。美國Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.為列名被告。
